Shipping and Returns
Can I change or cancel my order after completing the order?
No, unfortunately it is no longer possible to change the order after you have placed it. You can try to contact us as soon as possible, if the product has not yet been sent, we can look for a solution.
What are the payment methods you can use?
We currently accept iDeal, Paypal, Klarna, Bancontact, SOFORT, Przelewy24, KBC/CBC Payment Button, EPS and Belfius Direct Net.
When will my order be shipped?
Ordered before 6 pm? Same day shipping. Ordered after 6 pm? It will be shipped the next business day.
NB! Shipping can delay during sale periods.
What are the shipping costs?
We distinguish the shipping costs in three:
- When ordering under €100,- the shipping costs are €4.99 within the Netherlands.
- NB! For shipping outside the Netherlands, different shipping costs apply.
- When you order above €100,- the shipping costs are FREE within the Netherlands and Belgium!
- When you order above €150,- the shipping costs are FREE outside the Netherlands and Belgium!
We ship via PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS. We are not liable for damage to your package or loss of your package from the moment we deliver the package to the courier.
Can I return my order?
Returns are no problem at all, at Beyond Expectation you can return within 14 days of receiving your order. The shipping costs are for your own account. We are not liable for damages or loss of your package when you return it.
NB! Make sure you ship your order with a T&T code that you have to send us using the contact form.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Would you like a different product? Return your product and order the desired product.
How do I return my order?
